As Administrator and Chief Financial Officer of Western Kentucky Heart and Lung Associates (WKHL), our vision is for WKHL to become the premier health care provider of the Barren River Area population by providing exceptional customer care with patient safety in mind in a compassionate, cost-effective manner.  We are committed to better serve our patients by exceeding expectations in today’s innovative health care environment.

 

The WKHL Research Foundation and Educational Trust has been established as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to research and continued medical education.  We are deeply committed to improving patient health and care through evidence-based educational activities that will provide clinicians with information on the most current treatment guidelines and techniques in the field of Cardiovascular Medicine.  It is toward this purpose that we have created the annual WKHL Research Foundation & Educational Trust 2024 Research Foundation Symposium. 

 

Western Kentucky Heart and Lung Associates will host the:

2024 Research Foundation Symposium

on Friday, April 19, 2024

starting at 7:45 a.m.

at 421 U.S. 31W By-Pass in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

 

The nature of this conference promotes interaction with the audience during panel discussions and allows access to the visiting faculty throughout the day.  In addition, we include a Fellows, Medical Student’s and Resident’s Clinical poster presentations which will feature participants from various medical disciplines both local and regional.  Leaders in cardiovascular, pulmonary, general surgery and orthopedic medicine from all over the U.S. will address a variety of innovative topics of interest to physicians and mid-level practitioners from South Central Kentucky.   

 

We expect 150+ participants to attend which will give you and the other Symposium sponsors an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the continued education of this select audience.  Special acknowledgement for sponsors will be on the TV screens and posters around the event (excluding the Auditorium) all during the event.  The Gold Exhibitor’s fee includes an 8ft table with seating for up to four reps if needed for each exhibitor.  Along with the special acknowledgement, your booth placement will have a premium location for participants to visit your booth.
