Western Kentucky Heart and Lung Associates will host the 2019 Cardiovascular Symposium on Friday, September 13th, 2019, from 8:15 AM until 4:30 PM. This event will be held at Auditorium of Western Kentucky Heart and Lung facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Leaders in cardiovascular medicine will address a variety of topics of interest to physicians and mid-level practitioners from South Central Kentucky. The Symposium will provide approximately 6 hours of CME credit.

We expect at least 200 participants to attend which will give you and the other Symposium sponsors an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the continuing education of this select audience. Special acknowledgement will be made at the beginning and conclusion of the program, in between sessions, and during breaks as well as in any printed materials associated with the Symposium. A table will be made available for use in the lobby area to display material or products.

Your support for this event, in the form of unrestricted educational grant, is greatly appreciated. The location of vendor booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Please submit your Vendor Registration early for the best position.
